Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or commercial use.

• You may: Use these assets to enhance your own video/photo content.

• You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original files with third parties. Modification of the assets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.

3. Automated Delivery & Access VELL SUPPLY is a digital-first studio based in Quebec. Our systems are operational 24/7/365 to provide instant delivery of your assets via email. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.

4. Compatibility & Results Digital assets are provided "as is." While our products are designed to professional standards, final results will vary based on camera settings, lighting, and user skill. We provide compatibility information in each product description; please review these carefully before purchase.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
